This Ram Navami, Sukachi Sawali Welfare Foundation invites you to celebrate the birth of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram not just with prayers, but through action. Lord Ram’s life was a testament to Seva (selfless service), Daya(compassion), and Samdrishti (equality). To honor His teachings and bring the vision of Ram Rajya—where no one sleeps hungry or unloved—closer to reality, we are launching a dual-city mega donation drive to nourish and bring joy to the most vulnerable children in our society.
“Nourishing the Innocent, Spreading Joy”
This Ram Navami, our volunteers are mobilizing across two major cities to bring the festive spirit directly to children who need it most. The event is divided into two core initiatives:
Plan A: The Feast of Compassion (Pune)
Location: Matruchaya Balak Ashram, Pune.
Action: Serving a wholesome, nutritious, and special festive meal to the orphans residing at the ashram.
Cost: Rs. 200 per child.
Plan B: Delivering Smiles (Mumbai)
Location: The streets and slums of Mumbai.
Action: Distributing high-quality food packets along with special festive gifts to street children.
Festivals in India are synonymous with family, new clothes, and grand feasts. However, for orphans in ashrams and children living on the harsh streets, these days often serve as painful reminders of what they lack.
Combating Hunger: Street children often lack access to a single hygienic, nutritious meal a day. A wholesome food packet directly impacts their immediate health and well-being.
Providing Emotional Warmth: For the children at Matruchaya Balak Ashram, an organized festive meal shows them that society is their family and they are not forgotten.
Restoring Childhood: A simple gift alongside a meal for a street child brings a moment of pure, unadulterated joy that every child deserves.
Lord Ram embraced the marginalized—from eating the half-bitten berries of Mata Shabari to embracing Nishadraj. Your contribution directly mirrors His divine virtues. Choose your path of Seva:
| Donation Amount | Who You Support | The Teaching of Lord Ram Represented |
| Rs. 1,500 | 3 Ashram Kids + 3 Street Kids | Samdrishti (Equality): Lord Ram treated a king and a boatman with the exact same respect. Your foundational donation spans both the ashram and the streets, ensuring equality in your giving. |
| Rs. 2,500 | 5 Ashram Kids + 5 Street Kids | Daya (Compassion): Just as Lord Ram showed boundless compassion to all living beings, your gift ensures ten vulnerable children feel the warmth of a loving meal and a festive gift. |
| Rs. 5,000 | 10 Ashram Kids + 10 Street Kids | Seva (Selfless Service): Mirroring Lord Hanuman’s unwavering devotion and service to Ram, you become a pillar of support, nourishing twenty innocent lives. |
| Rs. 11,000 | 22 Ashram Kids + 22 Street Kids | Dharma (Righteous Duty): Uphold the ultimate duty of protecting and uplifting the vulnerable. This highly auspicious contribution creates a miniature Ram Rajya for forty-four beautiful souls. |
| Rs. 25,000+ | 50 Ashram Kids + 50 Street Kids | Karuna & Ram Rajya (Universal Kindness): Become a true anchor of hope. Like Ram’s righteous reign brought unparalleled prosperity and joy to Ayodhya, your immense generosity brings a massive wave of abundance to a hundred children. |
When you donate to the Ram Navami Seva Mahotsav, the impact goes far beyond a single meal:
Nutritional Upliftment: You provide vital calories, vitamins, and safe food to children who are prone to malnutrition.
Psychological Boost: You remind forgotten children that they matter. The joy of receiving a new gift or eating a special festive meal builds their self-worth and happiness.
Community Building: You help the Sukachi Sawali Welfare Foundation bridge the gap between the privileged and the underprivileged, fostering a sense of brotherhood and shared humanity.
Spiritual Fulfillment: You celebrate Ram Navami in its truest essence. Chanting His name purifies the mind, but doing His work purifies the soul.
