For many of us, a warm meal is a daily certainty. For an orphaned child or a little one living on the harsh streets of Mumbai, it is a luxury they can only dream of. This World NGO Day, the Sukachi Sawali Welfare Foundation is stepping out to replace hunger with hope.
We are organizing a dual-city initiative to provide a hearty, special meal to the beloved orphans at Matruchaya Balak Ashram in Pune, while simultaneously distributing nutritious food packets to the small, hungry street children in Mumbai. A Feast of Love at Matruchaya Balak Ashram (Dighi, Pune): We will host a special, nutritious, and joyful meal for the beautiful orphan children at the ashram. More than just fulfilling their nutritional needs, this is about sitting with them, sharing stories, and providing the warmth of a family that they deeply long for.
Nourishing the Streets of Mumbai: Our volunteers will walk the streets of Mumbai to locate and distribute fresh,hygienic food packets to small, underprivileged children. For these kids, a guaranteed,
